Agreement to Terms
By downloading, installing, or using the Cloud Player mobile application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.
Description of Service
Cloud Player is a music streaming application that allows users to store, stream, and manage their music library across multiple devices. The service includes features such as cloud synchronization, offline playback, and playlist management.
User Accounts
To use certain features of the App, you may need to create an account. You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
- All activities that occur under your account
- Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
Acceptable Use
When using our App, you agree not to:
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
- Infringe upon the rights of others, including intellectual property rights
- Upload or share content that is illegal, harmful, or offensive
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App or its related systems
- Use the App to distribute malware or perform malicious activities
- Engage in any activity that interferes with or disrupts the App
Intellectual Property Rights
The App and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Cloud Player and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or exploit any portion of the App without our prior written consent.
User Content
You retain all rights to any content you upload to the App. By uploading content, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, store, and display that content in connection with providing the App services.
Subscription and Billing
Some features of the App may require a subscription. By subscribing to our premium services:
- You agree to pay all fees associated with your subscription plan
- Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
- You can manage and cancel subscriptions through your app store account settings
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cloud Player shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use or inability to use the App.
Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the App after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the App immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason at our sole discretion.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
